The scheme-component "AYUSH and Public Health" under the "Ayurswasthya Yojana" by the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, aims to promote AYUSH interventions through funding healthcare projects for public health issues affecting communities. It also aims to support for implementing Sustainable Development Goal-2 (SDG2) and Sustainable Development Goal -3 (SDG 3) through integrating AYUSH system.

- UN and international organizations are encouraged to collaborate
- Organizations that received funding from any other Central Ministry for the same purpose in the last 5 years are not eligible
Exclusions
- Not available to: - Any institution that has obtained funding from any other Central Government Ministry/ Department for the same purpose in the last five years shall not be eligible for funding under this scheme

In case of misuse or deviation from scheme conditions, the Ministry can recover the grant amount with 12% interest and take appropriate legal action.
