The scheme "Distribution of Seeds of more productive varieties / Hybrid varieties Seeds and fertilizer at subsidies etc. to Adivasi farmers in Tribal Area (TASP)" with a component "Castor cake/Neem cake/ Liquid Fermented Organic Manure / Green manure seed (For mix in the soil)" is introduced by the Agriculture, Farmers Welfare and Co-operation Department, Government of Gujarat, aims to help Adivasi farmers in Tribal Areas (TASP) and tribal cultivators outside these areas achieve higher production of agricultural crops. Through this scheme, subsidies are provided on various agricultural inputs such as high-yield variety seeds, hybrid seeds, and fertilizers. Farmers are also provided with plant protection equipment, tarpaulins, field demonstrations, micronutrients, water carrying pipelines, and pump sets to increase their crop yield and improve their livelihoods. The scheme's benefits are provided to farmers belonging to Scheduled Tribes and tribal cultivators residing outside tribal areas.
