The scheme "SAKSHAM - KVK 2.0"was launched by the Gujarat Skill Development Mission (GSDM), Labour and Employment Department, Government of Gujarat. The scheme aims to provide access to skill development programmes to a wide range of beneficiaries at taluka/village level, enhancing employability and competitiveness in the job market while promoting entrepreneurship. The scheme provides Short-Term Training in National Skills Qualifications Framework Level 1, 2, and 3 courses along with Gujarat Council of Vocational Training courses, and implements Special Projects for marginalized and vulnerable groups. The applicant must be a domicile of Gujarat, looking for fresh skills, reskilling, upskilling opportunities. The scheme is implemented by GSDM through empanelled Implementation Partners across all 33 districts of Gujarat. The applications are accepted online through the GSDM portal.

Step 1:**** Registration, Login and Profile Setup
Visit the official website of Gujarat Skill Development Mission and navigate to the SAKSHAM - KVK 2.0 application portal.

Step 3:**** Filling Application Form and Document Upload
- Fill the comprehensive application form with mandatory fields including personal details, educational background, employment history, family information, and preference details. Ensure all information is accurate and matches with supporting documents.
- Upload all required documents in PDF format with maximum file size of 2MB per document. Ensure documents are clear, legible, and properly scanned with all four corners visible.
Step 4:**** Application Review and Submission
- Review all entered information and uploaded documents for accuracy and completeness. Make necessary corrections if required and submit the application form. Note down the application reference number for future tracking.
- Receive application submission confirmation message on registered mobile number and email address. Download and save the application acknowledgment receipt for future reference.
